After building a few websites, mostly hand coded in HTML and CSS, I started to realize that I needed to make the process of keeping content fresh more efficient. I started using WordPress in 2009 after trying out a few other open source content management systems and haven’t looked back. Back then WordPress was merely for blogging and today it’s evolved into a full blown content management system with thousands of plugins.
